By accessing or using Conducting AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Use of Services

Conducting AI provides digital products and services including AI-Native Company Designs, workflow designs, learning modules, education pathways, and downloadable resources.

You may use Conducting AI only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You are responsible for any activity carried out under your account.

License & Access

All Conducting AI subscriptions— including the $99/month early-access plan—are licensed per individual seat.

You may not:

  • Share your account or access with any other person
  • Share, redistribute, copy, resell, or publish Conducting AI resources
  • Provide our designs, workflows, templates, or materials to non-licensed users
  • Use one license for multiple team members, departments, or clients
  • Use Conducting AI materials for marketing purposes, or white label our resources.
  • Use Conducting AI materials for multiple client projects if you are an agency or consultant
    • Each client requires its own $99/month license

You may:

  • Download and store resources for your own personal use or for use within your company if each user has an active license
  • Use materials internally for planning, learning, or business transformation within your licensed seat

All content, including FigJam templates, workflow designs, assignments, learning materials, and portfolio outputs, is licensed to the individual subscriber only, not sold or transferred.

Unauthorized sharing or redistribution may result in immediate account termination and pursued legal action.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for securing your login credentials and all activity under your account.

By registering, you consent to receive service-related communications, including updates, releases, and educational content.

User Data

Conducting AI does not claim ownership of your personal data.

By using our services, you grant us permission to store, process, and transmit your information solely to operate and improve our platform.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Conducting AI—including AI-Native Designs, workflow diagrams, templates, assignments, videos, lessons, and documents—remain the sole intellectual property of Conducting AI.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works
  • Upload our materials to public or shared platforms
  • Distribute or resell our materials
  • Use our content for commercial resale or mass training
  • Claim our materials as your own

Conducting AI reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share Conducting AI content with non-licensed users
  • Use one subscription to support multiple employees or clients
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or restricted areas
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the platform
  • Harass or abuse other users, staff, or tutors

Termination

Conducting AI may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or misusing our services.

Upon termination:

  • Access to content will be revoked
  • Your data may be deleted after 60 days unless legally required to retain it
  • No refunds are provided for violations or misuse

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conducting AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use—or inability to use—any Conducting AI product or service.

All materials are provided “as-is,” without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose or business outcome.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Significant changes will be announced via email or in your user dashboard.

Continued use of Conducting AI after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
