Help 10,000 businesses go from pre-AI to post-AI

Through personalised strategy docs, phased AI transformation models, and always-on voice agents.

You’ll lead the technical rebuild from a proven prototype into a scalable system.

Own the architecture for:
– Personalised strategy doc generation
– Voice agent infrastructure (via ElevenLabs)
– Workflow automation and backend design
– System reliability, iteration speed, and scale

Work closely with the founder to shape product direction, not just implement it.

– Have built and shipped end-to-end products
– Know how to move fast without cutting corners
– Think in systems, not just code
– Are excited by ownership, equity, and mission
– Prefer bootstrapped clarity over VC chaos
